Tulsa Oratorio Chorus is pleased to announce the final concert of the 2011/2012 season.
Tulsa Oratorio Chorus will perform Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. at Boston Avenue Methodist Church in downtown Tulsa. The Chorus will offer J.S. Bach’s (1685-1750) “B Minor Mass”. Widely regarded as the composer’s greatest choral masterpiece, this work represents a sampling of the German master’s compositional technique in practically every area of his considerable lifetime of creative achievements. Musicians from the Tulsa Symphony Orchestra will help bring this stunning work to life. The beauty of Boston Avenue Methodist Church serves as the perfect setting for this concert.
